Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Viktor Petrov (ranked 24754 p4p, 274 weight class) and Jon Bog (ranked 6312 p4p, 248 weight class). Petrov's entrance music is They want too see me fall. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Petrov is landing with some decent strikes but Bog is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Petrov's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Petrov lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Petrov tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Petrov takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Viktor Petrov overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Petrov has control of Bog's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Bog regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Petrov postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Bog badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Petrov around the waist but Petrov pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Petrov is the winner by TKO! Petrov jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Viktor Petrov!
A very excited looking Viktor Petrov made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
