The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guaita throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Guaita gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Walkerton wants to control from the top but Guaita keeps moving.
Walkerton slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Guaita wants to sweep here but Walkerton controlling him for the moment.

Guaita wants to hit a switch here but Walkerton passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Guaita there!
Walkerton can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Guaita is looking to escape.
Walkerton tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Guaita holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Walkerton tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Walkerton goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Guaita is on top in guard.
Walkerton is trying to hold Guaita in close to prevent damage but Guaita has managed to pass into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Walkerton is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Guaita's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Guaita's back!

Guaita moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Walkerton shoots in and bounces Guaita off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Walkerton looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Guaita is defending well. Walkerton quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Guaita has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Walkerton celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
