Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Branimir Simeon (ranked 602 p4p, 35 weight class) and Zhang Jun (ranked 845 p4p, 52 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jun lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Jun working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Simeon throws a pinpoint strike between Jun's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Jun crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Simeon scores a great knockout victory!
