Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Greg Rock (ranked 4520 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thanos Eternal (ranked 24623 p4p, 0 weight class). Thanos Eternal is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Greg Rock! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Thanos Eternal! The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Peter Branson and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rock shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Eternal pinned against the cage. Eternal gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Rock fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Eternal avoids it really well and circles away. Eternal shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rock but Rock pushes him off and we're back to square one. Rock gets the takedown into side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Eternal is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Eternal tries to improve position but can't. Eternal pushes Rock away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Rock gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rock is looking to take a break and control but Eternal is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Eternal is looking to regain half guard here but Rock keeps moving and retains side control. Rock is staying tight to Eternal's torso, preventing him from escaping. After a battle for position, Rock asserts his dominance and retains side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Rock scores with a couple of short elbows. Rock thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Eternal wants to control but Rock postures up. Rock will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Eternal tries to bench press Rock off him but Rock keeps the position. Eternal can't do much from the bottom here. Rock stands up and beckons Eternal to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Eternal throws a head kick but Rock moves out of range.
Eternal shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rock but Rock pushes him off and we're back to square one. Rock wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Rock shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Eternal as he jumps to the side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Greg Rock. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rock fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Eternal sprawls well initially but Rock persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Rock trying to control the action but Eternal is working from the bottom. Rock could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Eternal looking for submissions off his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rock not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Eternal is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Rock scores with a couple of nice shots. Eternal is trying to stand up here but Rock is controlling him well. Eternal is trying to get back to full guard. Eternal is trying to maintain the position but Rock is very close to passing his half guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Eternal looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Eternal throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Greg Rock dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Rock. Eternal fails with a takedown attempt. Eternal throws a head kick but Rock moves out of range.
Rock tries to counter by clinching up but Eternal breaks away and moves out of range. Rock pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Rock fails to land the takedown. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Eternal. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Eternal changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rock tries to avoid it but Eternal manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rock to the ground. Rock escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Greg Rock has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Thanos Eternal. Rock shoots in for a takedown but Eternal shows good takedown defense. Eternal closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Eternal stalling the fight.
That's one minute gone in the round. Eternal manages to break the clinch.
Rock misses with a takedown attempt and Eternal counters by moving into the clinch. Rock avoiding damage as Eternal throws knees to the body.
A frustrated look appears on Rock's face as he tries to break the clinch. Eternal tries to pull guard but Rock holds him up against the cage and eventually Eternal drops back down to his feet.
Eternal is looking for a takedown. Eternal tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rock smiles and moves away.
Eternal shoots for a double leg takedown but Rock sprawls well. He's pushed Eternal's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Eternal pushes Rock up against the cage in a clinch. Eternal missing with knees to the body.
Rock wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Eternal goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Eternal controlling the action here for a moment.
Eternal's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Eternal stuffs the takedown. Eternal connects with a body shot. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Rock misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Eternal tries to clinch there but Rock circles away.
Rock throws a big counter combination but Eternal scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Eternal closes the distance and pushes Rock back into the cage. Rock is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Eternal is defending well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rock tries for a takedown. No joy.
Eternal breaks from the clinch.
Eternal looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rock is fending him off so far but Eternal persists. Nope, Rock circles away and we're back to standing. It looked like Rock wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Rock fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Greg Rock is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Nice takedown defense from Eternal. No joy for Rock on that attempt. Eternal pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Eternal changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rock tries to avoid it but Eternal manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rock to the ground. Rock escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Eternal closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Eternal escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Rock is pressed up against the cage. Eternal has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Rock down to the mat. Rock avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Eternal shoots in for a takedown but Rock shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Eternal misses with a takedown attempt - Rock sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Eternal shoots for a double leg takedown but Rock sprawls well. He's pushed Eternal's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Rock moves out of range of the body kick from Eternal.
Rock thinks about countering with a body kick. Eternal misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Rock half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Rock with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Eternal to score with a decent uppercut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. A momentary lapse in concentration from Rock enables Eternal to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Rock manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Eternal wants to control from the top but Rock keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Thanos Eternal showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Eternal has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Rock is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Rock is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Eternal has Rock pressed against the cage, preventing Rock from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Eternal pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rock darts in looking for a takedown but Eternal gets double underhooks and turns Rock into the cage. Eternal counters with a body kick. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Rock tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Eternal swivels and escapes. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Greg Rock. That's going to take a lot out of him. Eternal shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rock defends it nicely. Rock shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Eternal but Eternal pushes him off and we're back to square one. Eternal misses with a takedown attempt - Rock sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Eternal clinches up with Rock and pushes him back against the cage. Thanos Eternal seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Eternal pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Rock shoots in for a double leg but Eternal sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Eternal goes for a double leg but Rock avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Rock continues to drive forward. Rock avoids the head kick by Eternal.
Eternal just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromRock. Rock tries to keep at a distance but Eternal has taken the fight into the clinch. Eternal tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rock smiles and moves away.
Eternal closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Rock throws Eternal to one side and escapes!
That's three minutes gone in the round. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Eternal. Eternal throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rock's waist but Rock gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Eternal off to one side. Eternal stuffs the takedown. Eternal shoots in looking for a takedown but Rock manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Eternal's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Rock misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Despite the aggression on Eternal's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Eternal throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Eternal tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Nice defenses there by Rock. Rock misses with a looping right. Eternal unleashes a big counter combination but Rock bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Good standup being displayed there by Eternal as he connects with a hook. Rock misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Eternal pushes Rock up against the cage in a clinch. Eternal stalling against the cage.
Rock is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Eternal pulls guard. Eternal looking for a guillotine here but Rock defends easily.
Eternal throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Thanos Eternal. I think Eternal has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
