The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bernadesci keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Faitama tries to clinch but Bernadesci is having none of it.
Faitama gets caught flat footed, as Bernadesci shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Faitama is trying to control the position but Bernadesci postures up.
Faitama is trying to hold Bernadesci in close to prevent damage but Bernadesci has managed to pass into half guard.
Faitama gets back to full guard.
Bernadesci landing some decent shots from guard.
Faitama knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bernadesci on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bernadesci passes into half guard.
Faitama is trying to escape back to his feet but Bernadesci uses the scramble to pass into side control.

Faitama tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bernadesci wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Faitama wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Bernadesci has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Faitama's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Faitama is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Bernadesci!
