PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Malaki Lima (ranked 2623 p4p, 252 weight class) and Terryn Dall (ranked 965 p4p, 117 weight class). Terryn Dall told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lima definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Lima bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Dall! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lima connects with a nice short shot to Dall's temple.
Dall is staying active underneath Lima, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Dall! But no joy.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Lima here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
