Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Stefan Eriksson (ranked 6682 p4p, 432 weight class) and Cayden Donovan (ranked 24193 p4p, 488 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Cayden Donovan was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cayden Donovan!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eriksson fails with the takedown
and Donovan counters with a right hand to the body.
Eriksson takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Eriksson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Eriksson throws a head kick but Donovan moves out of range.
Donovan tries to clinch but Eriksson is having none of it.
Eriksson dives in and grabs Donovan's left leg, looking for a takedown. Donovan pushes down on Eriksson's head and hops out.
Donovan clobbers Eriksson with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Eriksson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Donovan lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Donovan wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Donovan lands with an overhand left.
Nice cross by Donovan.
Eriksson is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Eriksson is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Donovan doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Eriksson crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Eriksson's bad books for that mishap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Cayden Donovan!
