Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, John Snape!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Scruffy Bushrod!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Jorge Garcia and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bushrod throws a leg kick but Snape checks it.
Snape avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Snape circles away from the clinch attempt.
Scruffy Bushrod seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Snape stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Bushrod.
Bushrod throws a combination that misses
and Snape counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Bushrod fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Snape.
Bushrod throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Snape on the side of the head.
Bushrod misses with a kick to the body
and Snape counters with a straight right hand.
Bushrod tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Snape is able to avoid easily.
Snape throwing a counter right hand but Bushrod manages to avoid it.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Bushrod.
Bushrod throws a head kick but Snape moves out of range.
Snape appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Bushrod throws an off balance right hand
and Snape counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Bushrod throws a sloppy head kick
and Snape counters with a crisp right hand that drops Bushrod! Snape lets Bushrod back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Bushrod is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Snape weaves into range and cracks Bushrod right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Bushrod goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Snape is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). John Snape!
