Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mason Stone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mauritz Radueila! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Radueila looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Radueila closes the distance and clinches. Radueila stalling against the cage.
Stone jumps guard but Radueila stands there with Stone around his waist. Stone gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Stone has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Radueila is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Stone wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Stone drops down looking for an ankle pick but Radueila pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mason Stone. That's going to take a lot out of him. Radueila thows a body kick. Stone tries to catch it but that hurt him. Stone shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Radueila wants to control but Stone is keeping busy.
Stone seems to be working for a kimura but Radueila defends the submission attempt. Stone prevents Radueila from improving his position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Radueila is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Radueila is trying to maintain the position but Stone is very close to passing his half guard. Stone seems to be working for a kimura but Radueila defends the submission attempt. Stone looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Radueila closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Radueila lands in his opponent's guard. Radueila is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Radueila looks gassed! Radueila trying to control but Stone is working from the bottom. Stone looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Radueila is defending well. Stone quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Radueila has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Stone celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
