Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 10 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Haka Motu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 12 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Croc Bot!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Bart Greer and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Motu misses with a hook to the body
and Bot counters with a three punch combo that has Motu backing up. Motu nods at Bot to acknowledge the strikes.
Bot on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Bot drops his hands momentarily and Motu takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Motu falls off balance throwing a combination
and Bot counters with a stiff right hand.
Motu lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bot circles away quickly and effectively.
Bot throws a combination. Motu tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
It looks like Haka Motu has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Motu takes a swing at Bot's ribcage but misses.
Motu ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Haka Motu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bot looks to land a combination but Motu avoids it well.

Bot swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Motu swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Bot ducks under a wild hook from Motu.
Motu jabs at Bot's body.
Croc Bot is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bot looks winded!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bot staying out of range there.
Motu is looking to wear down Bot with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Bot takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Motu lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bot circles away quickly and effectively.
Motu cracks Bot with a good jab.
Motu feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Bot sprawling to the canvas! Bot rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Motu finish him?!
Bot is rocked!
It looks like Croc Bot has been cut.
Motu lands with a big right hook that stumbles Bot - he's out on his feet here! Motu follows up with another monster hook that separates Bot from consciousness! Bot falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Motu stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Haka Motu!
