Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Humphrey Wellington (ranked 5040 p4p, 446 weight class) and Denis Jahic (ranked 4034 p4p, 405 weight class). Denis Jahic told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jahic has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Wellington.

Wellington really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Jahic drops back, looking for a kneebar! Wellington looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Wellington looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Wellington!

Wellington knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jahic on the ground.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

We've been informed that Jahic has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Jahic has gone for a leg lock! Wellington slips out almost immediately though and dives into Jahic's guard.
