Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Filthy McNasty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Dux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dux comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Indestructible kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dux lands a nice shot to the body.
McNasty throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

McNasty gets a takedown into half guard.

McNasty is looking to stall here but Dux recovers full guard.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
McNasty thows a body shot but no joy.
Dux swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
McNasty keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Dux misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Filthy McNasty seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dux jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Dux dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
McNasty ducks under a wild hook from Dux.

McNasty is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dux.
McNasty fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dux manages to avoid it.

McNasty avoids a punch combination nicely.
Dux pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
McNasty staying out of range there.

McNasty looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Dux!

Dux wants to control but McNasty is having none of it.

McNasty throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
Dux blocking the ground and pound.
Dux tries to hold on but McNasty pushes him away.
McNasty throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

McNasty moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Dux has worked his arm free - good work by Dux!

McNasty can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Dux is looking to escape.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

McNasty is going olschool here, as he tries to force Dux to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Dux shrugs it off.
McNasty is breathing heavily.
Poor strikes thrown by McNasty there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McNasty won't let Dux get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
McNasty looking to control but Dux is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Frank Dux dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


McNasty throws a nice looking combination but Dux bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Dux ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McNasty moves away.
Dux lands a nice looking body shot.
Dux throws a series of punches but McNasty avoids them all with ease.
McNasty shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Dux misses with a jab, cross combination.
Dux is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down McNasty rather than just go for the knockout.
McNasty slips a jab and a cross from Dux.
Dux connects with a body shot.
McNasty throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Dux's waist but Dux gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing McNasty off to one side.
Dux scores with a shot to the body.
McNasty slips a straight right by Dux.
Dux scores with a decent looking hook.
McNasty takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Dux misses with a few strikes there.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Dux's corner calls for a 1-2. Dux obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
No joy there for Dux, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Dux connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Dux blocks a low kick nicely.
McNasty looks to throw the jab but Dux is out of range.
McNasty takes a swing at Dux's ribcage but misses.
Dux swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
McNasty defending well as Dux loads up on a big left hand.
Dux scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Dux lands a jab.


McNasty is rocked!
McNasty takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Oh McNasty is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Dux knocks McNasty out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Frank Dux!
