The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fetisov clinches up with Steak and pushes him back against the cage.
Steak has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Fetisov avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Fetisov creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Steak fails to pull guard.
Steak tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Fetisov just stands there and leans against the cage.
Roman Fetisov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tea Steak.
Fetisov lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Steak jumps guard but Fetisov stands there with Steak around his waist. Steak gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Steak wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Fetisov has him pressed against the cage.

Steak goes for a takedown in the clinch but Fetisov prevents it.
Fetisov keeps control of Steak as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Fetisov is pressed up against the cage. Steak has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Fetisov down to the mat. Fetisov avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Steak tries to clinch but Fetisov is having none of it.

Fetisov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Steak on the ground.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Fetisov takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Roman Fetisov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Steak looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

Fetisov moves into the clinch successfully.
Fetisov wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Steak has him pressed against the cage.
Steak drops down looking for an ankle pick but Fetisov pulls his leg out and moves away.

Fetisov closes the distance and clinches.
Fetisov tries to break the clinch but Steak is controlling the position.
Fetisov lands a hook to the side of the head.
Steak wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Steak blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Fetisov has had enough of the clinch but Steak keeps him there for the moment.

Steak is rocked!
Fetisov dips a shoulder and cracks Steak with a mighty uppercut! Steak falls back against the cage and Fetisov unloads with a barrage of strikes! Steak is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Fetisov screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
