Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Augustin Cauchy (ranked 2429 p4p, 97 weight class) and Curtis Pattonson (ranked 4027 p4p, 162 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Augustin Cauchy has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Augustin Cauchy seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cauchy avoids the head kick by Pattonson.
Cauchy fails with a takedown attempt.

Pattonson rushes Cauchy and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Cauchy is really struggling to control Pattonson but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Cauchy drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Cauchy seems to have locked his on tight now - Pattonson screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Cauchy, as he picks up the win!

Augustin Cauchy spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
