Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Altair Brain (ranked 1749 p4p, 191 weight class) and Finnish Experiment Il (ranked 323 p4p, 44 weight class). Brain's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, 300 Violin. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
29 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Altair Brain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
18 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Finnish Experiment Il!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brain blocks a head kick by Experiment Il.
Experiment Il has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Brain is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Brain misses with a jab, cross combination.
Experiment Il shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Experiment Il misses with a head kick.
Experiment Il has closed the distance and engaged Brain in a clinch.
Experiment Il with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Brain breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Experiment Il slips a straight right by Brain.
Brain takes one to the side of the head.
Experiment Il misses the jab.
Brain avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Brain throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Experiment Il sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Brain fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Experiment Il has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Brain moves out of range of the leg kick from Experiment Il.
Brain fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Experiment Il checks it well.
Experiment Il tried to score with a low kick but Brain checks it.
A decent looking cross lands there for Brain.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Experiment Il is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Brain.
Experiment Il throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Brain on the side of the head.
It looks like Altair Brain has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Brain throws a low kick but it's checked well by Experiment Il.
A little jabbing left from Experiment Il on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Brain tries to bum rush Experiment Il with a series of wild strikes but Experiment Il uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Brain connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Brain is looking to clinch but Experiment Il is avoiding it.
Brain swings widly with a right hand
and Experiment Il counters with a nice low kick that buckles Brain's knee momentarily.
Experiment Il avoids the head kick by Brain.
Experiment Il throws a nice inside leg kick.
Brain pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Experiment Il! But no joy.
Brain is looking to clinch.
Experiment Il wants to slow Brain down by chopping away at his legs.
Brain throws a lazy uppercut
and Experiment Il connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Experiment Il swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Experiment Il throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Brain on the side of the head.
Experiment Il lands the left hand.
Brain is rocked!
Brain throws a solid leg kick but Experiment Il takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Brain.
Oh Brain is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Experiment Il drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Brain's head, knocking him out cold! Experiment Il is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Finnish Experiment Il!
In his post fight interview, Finnish Experiment Il started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
The defeated Altair Brain had this to say: 'It happenes sometimes, but I thought I was better today. Sometimes you lose like this.'.
