Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luis Maestre (ranked 1277 p4p, 59 weight class) and Emilio Jacinto (ranked 2775 p4p, 99 weight class). Jacinto has chosen Noypi by Bamboo as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Luis Maestre! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Emilio Jacinto! The judges for this bout are Topper Green, Eliza Hachem and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Maestre displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Jacinto throws out the jab. Maestre dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Maestre scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Jacinto doesn't seem bothered though. Jacinto slips a jab from Maestre. Jacinto throws out a counter right but Maestre avoids it with no problem. Jacinto throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Jacinto throws a hook but Maestre blocks it. Jacinto throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Maestre darts in and out, connecting with a jab. A left and a right from Maestre both land. Nice combination. Maestre moves out of range as Jacinto strikes. A looping hook to the body misses from Maestre. Jacinto does a little dance to reset his feet. Jacinto appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Maestre lands a big right hand that sends Jacinto crashing to the mat! Maestre stays standing though and waves Jacinto back to his feet! Maestre definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Maestre misses with a hook. Jacinto ducked under it nicely. Jacinto scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Maestre takes one to the chin there.
It looks like Luis Maestre has been cut. Maestre keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Jacinto fails to land with a series of punches.
Maestre fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Jacinto let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jacinto gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Maestre gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
