Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Magnus Iv Karlson (ranked 3032 p4p, 122 weight class) and Lucjan Grabowski (ranked 3034 p4p, 124 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lucjan Grabowski! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Karlson is looking to slow Grabowski down with leg kicks. Grabowski has his takedown stuffed and Karlson counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Lucjan Grabowski has been cut. Karlson clinches with his opponent.
A nice right hand lands inside from Karlson . Karlson controlling the action here for a moment.
Karlson lands a body shot. Karlson pushes Grabowski back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Karlson works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Karlson decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Grabowski, up you get! Karlson drives through with a takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Karlson sitting in guard here, content to control. Karlson drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Grabowski dives on top into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Karlson tries to land a sweep but no joy. Karlson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Grabowski's guard.
Karlson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Karlson drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Grabowski manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Karlson has Grabowski in his guard. Grabowski wants to control from the top but Karlson keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Grabowski stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Karlson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Karlson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Grabowski throwing strikes from guard but Karlson blocks nicely. Grabowski trying to control the position from guard on top but Karlson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Karlson is controlling Grabowski's posture. Grabowski avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Karlson looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Karlson pulls Grabowski in close to his closed guard and prevents Grabowski from doing any damage or advancing position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Grabowski wants to pass the guard but Karlson is keeping the position. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Grabowski drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Karlson dives on top into guard. Grabowski is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Karlson gets to his feet. Grabowski looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Excellent takedown into side control there by Karlson . Karlson decides to stand back up. Grabowski shoots in looking for a takedown. Karlson tries to sprawl out of it but Grabowski keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Karlson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Magnus Iv Karlson dominated that round. The cut man is working on Lucjan Grabowski's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Grabowski throws a sloppy head kick and Karlson finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Karlson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Karlson seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Grabowski trying to keep a closed guard but Karlson is proving a slippery customer.
Karlson lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Karlson stands up from Grabowski's guard - Karlson perhaps looking for a knockout. Karlson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Grabowski is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Karlson is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Grabowski has managed to free his arm - good work. Karlson content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Grabowski is trying to maintain the position but Karlson is very close to passing his half guard. Grabowski wants to sweep but Karlson has passed to side control!
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Karlson tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Karlson has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Karlson tries for a kimura but Grabowski is defending well. Grabowski tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Karlson easily slips into full mount! Karlson sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Grabowski tries to lock up and control but Karlson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Karlson controlling the pace for now. Grabowski tries to hold on but Karlson pushes him away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Grabowski throwing hammer fists to the chest of Karlson . What's that going to do exactly? Grabowski really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Karlson scoring with strikes but Grabowski is staying in there. Karlson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Karlson landing strikes, looking to finish!

Karlson 's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Karlson with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Let's see if Grabowski can do anything to dispel that myth. Karlson has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Karlson rushes Grabowski and presses him up against the cage. Grabowski takes an elbow to the forehead.
That has opened up Lucjan Grabowski's cut even more. Karlson breaks the clinch.

The fight stays on the outside here - Grabowski looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Excellent takedown into side control there by Karlson . A control attempt from Grabowski but he's now mounted! Karlson content just to control the position here. Karlson raining down hammerfists from mount.

Grabowski is still in real trouble! Can Karlson finish him? Magnus Iv Karlson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Karlson postures up and throws a big right hand. BOOM! Right on the button! Grabowski is out cold - huge knockout for Karlson !
