Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jolly Roger (ranked 2788 p4p, 333 weight class) and Tony Stark (ranked 1972 p4p, 243 weight class). Jolly Roger could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tony Stark's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jolly Roger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tony Stark! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stark tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Roger manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. The fight stays on the outside here - Stark looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Roger appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Roger throws out a loose jab but Stark uses good head movement to avoid it. Stark goes for a double leg but Roger avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Roger continues to drive forward. Stark shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Roger sprawls well. Roger wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Stark gets slowly back to his feet. Roger tries to counter with a takedown but Stark is quick to defend against it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Roger misses with a hook. Stark has a takedown stuffed. Jolly Roger has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tony Stark. Stark shoots in looking for a takedown but Roger manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Stark's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stark tries to keep at a distance but Roger has taken the fight into the clinch. Stark has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Roger after a bit of a struggle. Stark tries to pull guard but Roger won't allow it.

Stark with a lazy takedown attempt and Roger counters by moving into the clinch. Roger gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Stark regains guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Roger scoring with some ground and pound. Roger content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Stark working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Roger doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Roger manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Roger trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Stark avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Roger throwing strikes from guard but Stark blocks nicely. Roger is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Stark is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Roger defends well. Stark looking for a guillotine here but Roger defends easily.
Roger wants to control from the top but Stark keeps moving. Roger connects with a couple of short punches. Roger has gone for a leg lock! Stark slips out almost immediately though and dives into Roger's guard.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jolly Roger dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Stark darts in looking for a takedown but Roger gets double underhooks and turns Stark into the cage. Roger defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Stark. Roger gets caught flat footed, as Stark shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Tony Stark has got the better of the ground game so far. Roger working for a triangle but Stark defends it easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Roger is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Stark is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Stark drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Stark jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Roger is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Stark working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Stark passes Roger's left leg - he's now in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stark is looking for a kimura here.
Stark is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Roger doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Stark. Stark is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Roger defends it well. Stark trying to pass the guard but Roger defending well. Roger avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Stark. Roger tries to roll over but Stark keeps him under control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Stark seems to be looking for submissions.
Stark tries to pass to full mount but Roger defends it. Stark is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Roger is looking for a sweep. Stark is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Roger wants to control but Stark is keeping busy.
Stark throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Stark is trying to work for a kimura but Roger is defending well.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Roger gets full guard. Stark passes Roger's left leg - he's now in half guard. Roger is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tony Stark showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Stark closes this distance looking for a takedown but Roger circles away. Nice takedown defense from Roger. No joy for Stark on that attempt. Roger throws a big counter combination but Stark scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Roger swinging wildly here.

Roger can't keep his opponent in guard - Stark advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Roger is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at UnderGround Training Facility, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
