Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dartemis Bleak (ranked 3549 p4p, 307 weight class) and Daniel Kaspian (ranked 7133 p4p, 462 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dartemis Bleak! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel Kaspian! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Jonathan Paton and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kaspian misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bleak with a nice cross. Kaspian connects with a leg kick. Bleak looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Kaspian avoids the head kick by Bleak.
Kaspian tries to sprawl but Bleak drives through with a takedown into half guard. Bleak missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Kaspian preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Kaspian is looking for a sweep. Bleak is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Bleak sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Kaspian defending well though. Ground and pound from Bleak. Kaspian keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Kaspian is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Bleak scores with a couple of nice shots. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bleak sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Kaspian defending well though. Bleak thows a huge punch but Kaspian dodges it nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round. Kaspian is looking to control Bleak's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kaspian avoid being mounted? Bleak trying to mount his opponent but Kaspian defends it. Bleak has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Bleak working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kaspian is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Bleak scores with a couple of nice shots. Bleak slips a nice elbow through Kaspian's hands, connecting with Kaspian's forehead. Bleak is nestled in close to Kaspian, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Bleak working Kaspian over with strikes. Bleak lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Kaspian quite badly. Kaspian pulls Bleak in close trying to recover. Bleak postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Kaspian on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Kaspian doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dartemis Bleak! Our winner, Dartemis Bleak, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
