Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Darrel Petersen (ranked 962 p4p, 144 weight class) and Cletus McDonald (ranked 903 p4p, 131 weight class). McDonald is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Merle Haggard - Okie From Muskogee. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. McDonald darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
A solid leg kick lands there for McDonald .

Petersen manages to get an easy takedown there - catching McDonald on his heels. He'll look to pass McDonald 's guard now, I'm sure.
McDonald bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Petersen's guard.
