Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hax Molloway (ranked 2761 p4p, 329 weight class) and Darius McCrae (ranked 4194 p4p, 439 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McCrae changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Molloway looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

McCrae swings around for an armbar but Molloway sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into McCrae's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

McCrae escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Molloway gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Molloway got a little sloppy there for a moment and McCrae has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Molloway has managed to get both his arms back between McCrae's legs - danger averted.
