The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hedger shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Duncan manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Duncan had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hedger defends it easily.

Hedger got a little sloppy there for a moment and Duncan has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hedger has managed to get both his arms back between Duncan's legs - danger averted.

A big strike lands for Hedger! That's really hurt Duncan and he's turned his back - Hedger keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Hedger jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
