The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shirou Masuda and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chocolate with a lazy takedown attempt
and Megaton counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Chip Chocolate has been cut.
Sloppy strikes from Chocolate. Those never looked like landing.
Chocolate shoots for a takedown but Megaton saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Megaton swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Chocolate.

and Megaton cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Megaton throws a leg kick which misses Chocolate's front leg but catches the back leg as Chocolate tries to avoid it.
Chocolate looks to land a combination but Megaton avoids it well.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

Megaton moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Chip Chocolate's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Chocolate throws a right and a left that Megaton avoids nicely.
Megaton digs a good body shot into Chocolate's ribs.

Megaton lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Megaton lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Chocolate throws a hook but Megaton avoids it easily.

and Megaton counters with a leg kick.
Megaton throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Chocolate is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Megaton cracks a nice hook into Chocolate's ribs.
Nice straight punches there by Megaton. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Megaton.
Chip Chocolate seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chocolate closes this distance looking for a takedown but Megaton circles away.
Chocolate on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Megaton. Megaton obviously looking to wear him down.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mike Megaton dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

and Megaton counters with a nice right hand that sends Chocolate toppling to the canvas! Chocolate scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Megaton finish him?!

and Megaton counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.

Jumping up and down and very excited, Mike Megaton waved his t-shirt featuring WarHorse Fightwear's logo in front of the cameras.
The defeated Chip Chocolate had this to say: 'I'm gonna take this loss with a grain of salt, or a grain of sugar, and put it in a cookie, and eat it.'.
