Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Eddie Farnsworth and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shepherd misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Shepherd really is a fat lump.
Tree throws a body shot but no joy.
Jab, jab by Tree - just one landing.
It looks like Teddy Shepherd has been cut.
Shepherd avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tree shoots for a takedown but Shepherd saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Tree is looking to clinch but Shepherd is avoiding it.
It looked like Shepherd was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Tree lands a right hook to the body.
Tree scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tree ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Shepherd looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Shepherd with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Tree to score with a decent uppercut.
Tree scores with a jab to the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tree shoots in looking for a takedown. Shepherd tries to sprawl out of it but Tree keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Shepherd manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tree is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Shepherd like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Shepherd from another fist facial!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Oak Tree!
