Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Martin Alexander!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Henry Wang!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Jeff Smith and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good leg kick by Wang there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Alexander slips under a jab from Wang.
Donk. Wang catches Alexander right on the button with a cross.
Wang tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Alexander ducks under a wild hook from Wang.
Wang throws a head kick that misses
and Alexander cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Henry Wang has been cut.
Wang misses with a body shot
and Alexander counters with a nice right hand that sends Wang toppling to the canvas! Wang scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Alexander finish him?!
Wang is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wang gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Alexander points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Wang wakes up just in time to hear Alexander thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
