Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ryan Williams!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, crash punch!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Jorge Garcia and Jonathan Paton.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
punch takes a swing at Williams's ribcage but misses.
Williams jabs at punch's body.
punch throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Williams throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Williams scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
punch looks gassed!
Williams loads up on a big right hand but punch slips the punch.
Williams throws a series of punches but punch moves out of range.
Williams scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Williams dodges the punch combination from punch.
Williams tries to land a front kick but punch steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
punch uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Williams.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Williams lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and punch has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from punch and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Williams has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Williams's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

punch shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than punch was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

punch gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
Williams clobbers punch with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Williams throws a big shot that misses.

punch connects with a solid leg kick.
punch tries to clinch up but Williams circles away and keeps his distance.
punch slips a jab from Williams.
punch feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Williams's calf.
punch avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

crash punch comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think punch has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
