The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nukem lands a two punch combo.
It looks like Boobie Miles Iii has been cut.
Miles Iii scores with a three punch combo!
It looks like Duke Nukem has been cut.
Miles Iii punishes Nukem's body with a nice straight punch.
Nukem has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Miles Iii throws a hook to the side of Nukem's head but Nukem sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Nukem looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Duke Nukem seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nukem throws a series of punches but Miles Iii avoids them all with ease.

Miles Iii throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Nukem lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Nukem tries to bum rush Miles Iii with a series of wild strikes but Miles Iii uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Miles Iii lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Miles Iii, right into the meat.
Nukem with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Miles Iii to score with a decent uppercut.

and Miles Iii connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

As Miles Iii backs off Nukem throws a huge counter combo but Miles Iii manages to avoid it all.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Miles Iii lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Nukem throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Miles Iii counters with a big 3 punch combo that drops Nukem on his ass! Nukem wobbles back to his feet half way through the count and though looking a bit dazed, the referee is going to allow the fight to continue!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Boobie Miles Iii should take that round, based on the knockdown.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Nukem throws a left and a right that both miss
and before Nukem has any time to reset, Miles Iii cracks him with a big right hand that drops him face first to the canvas! He's hurt! I don't think he's going to get back up from that one! He's trying but he's doing the chicken dance and has face planted into to ropes, causing the referee to bring this fight to an end! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Boobie Miles Iii!
Boobie Miles Iii took to the mic after the fight and begged the organizational hierarchy for a shot at the title.
