Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Frank Till (ranked 7048 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brett Spivey (ranked 4639 p4p, 0 weight class). Brett Spivey will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Phil Schofield and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spivey shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Till eats them both and turns towards Spivey to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Till shoots in and bounces Spivey off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Spivey looking to control but Till passes into half guard.
Till slows the pace down in half guard.
Spivey is trying to maintain the position but Till is very close to passing his half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Spivey tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Till manages to move to mount!

Till throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

A nice combination there by Spivey.
