Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mako Akumba (ranked 2186 p4p, 261 weight class) and Nikolay Panayotov (ranked 2335 p4p, 273 weight class). Panayotov has chosen Mad World - Gary Jules / Tears For Fears (Cover by Jasmine Thompson) as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Panayotov misses its intended target.
Akumba closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Akumba manages to break the clinch.
A head kick by Akumba misses
and Panayotov counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Mako Akumba has been cut.

Akumba fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Panayotov manages to avoid it.
