Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Josh West, Ryoma Takatsuka and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fu tries to clinch but Escalante moves away
letting Escalante counter with a right hand.
Escalante jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Escalante misses with a jab, cross combination.
Escalante steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Fu.
Fu is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Escalante moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vicente Escalante! Vicente Escalante retains his middleweight title!
