Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Michael Johnstone and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Motu uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kessler.
A looping hook to the body misses from Motu. Kessler does a little dance to reset his feet.
Some wild striking there from Motu.
Motu looking to score a takedown here. Kessler is defending well but Motu drives through and ends up in Kessler's guard.
Kessler bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Motu's guard.

Kessler thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kessler passes Motu's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Kessler has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Motu defend it? Kessler steps over the head and cranks it - Motu is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Kessler!
