The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Columbo Gatti and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brownie shoots in but no luck this time.
A cross from Dan lands.
A good leg kick by Dan.
Dan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Brownie misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Brownie moves away from the strike by Dan.
Brownie tries to counter by closing the distance.
Dan uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Brownie.
Dan slaps away a takedown attempt from Brownie, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Brownie jabs Dan to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Dan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Brownie looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dan takes a swing at Brownie's ribcage but misses.
Dan does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Dan has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Elite Underground Training Facility in the buildup to the fight.
Brownie uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dan.
Brownie takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Brownie ducks under a wild hook from Dan.
Brownie avoids the head kick by Dan.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dan throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A big left from Dan misses.
Brownie drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Dan defends it well.
Dan looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Brownie lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Dan at a distance.
Dan takes a jab right on the kisser.
Dan throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Brownie.
Brownie shoots in looking for a takedown but Dan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Brownie's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Dangerous Dan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shaun Brownie.
Brownie slips under a jab from Dan.
Brownie lands with a nice body punch.
Dan throws a solid leg kick but Brownie takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Dan.
Brownie throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Dan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Brownie! But no joy.
Donk. Brownie catches Dan right on the button with a cross.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dan looks to land a left hand but Brownie moved out of range nicely.
Brownie fails with the takedown.
Dan slips under a jab from Brownie.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dan swings widly with a right hand
and Brownie counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Brownie looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Dan keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Brownie throwing shots but Dan is blocking nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ground and pound from Brownie.
Dan wants to get back to his feet.
Well, if Brownie is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Brownie thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Ground and pound from Brownie.
Brownie wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dan keeps working.
Brownie throws a strike but Dan manages to get a kimura sweep and he's found himself on top with the kimura half locked in! This would be a real turnaround! He's torquing it... Will Brownie tap??? YES! He's tapped! This one is all over!
