The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steve connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Caesar momentarily.
Steve moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Caesar clinches up with Steve and pushes him back against the cage.
Steve's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Steve connects with an inside leg kick.
Caesar darts in trying to clinch
and Steve counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Steve scores with a shot to the body.
Steve scores with a decent looking hook.
Caesar tries to grapple but his opponent circles
enabling Steve to counter with a crisp jab.
Caesar fails with an attempt to clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Steve thuds a left hand into Caesar's body.
Steve feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Caesar's calf.
Steve's jab looks to have found its range, popping Caesar under the eye.
Whack! Steve lands a heavy head kick that drops Caesar. The ref tackles Steve to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Caesar was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Yago Steve!
Yago Steve spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
