Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Timmy OToole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kelvin Poon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
OToole keeps the fight on the outside.
OToole swings for the body but Poon moves out of range.
OToole looks to throw the jab but Poon is out of range.
OToole throws a good cross that connects.
Poon rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but OToole moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
OToole misses with a double jab
and Poon counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Poon missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Poon throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as OToole works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Poon has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of OToole is proving hard to escape from.

Poon has gone for a leg lock! OToole slips out almost immediately though and dives into Poon's guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
