Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kron Silva (ranked 1285 p4p, 76 weight class) and Castor Rollins (ranked 3267 p4p, 174 weight class). Rollins has chosen Ulfheonar as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
29 - 15 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kron Silva! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
44 - 34 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Castor Rollins! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva shoots for a double leg takedown but Rollins sprawls well. He's pushed Silva's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Silva changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Rollins looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Rollins is looking to regain half guard here but Silva keeps moving and retains side control. Silva is looking to take a break and control but Rollins is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Rollins is looking for a sweep. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Silva wants to lay and pray for a moment but Rollins keeps working. Rollins is looking for a sweep. Silva in side control, just content to control the action for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Rollins takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Rollins tries to bench press Silva off him but Silva keeps the position. Silva staying calm. You can see the frustration on Rollins's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rollins is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Silva wants to control but Rollins is keeping him busy. Rollins struggling a bit here. Silva wants to control but Rollins is keeping him busy. Silva wants to take a breather but Rollins is having none of it. Silva throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rollins stuffs the takedown. No luck with that takedown attempt from Silva. Silva fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rollins avoids it really well and circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kron Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him. Silva with a poor takedown and Rollins counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Silva shoots for a takedown but Rollins saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Silva is trying hard to land a takedown here. Rollins sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Silva misses with a takedown and Rollins counters with a one-two to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rollins pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Silva shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rollins as he jumps to the side. Rollins throws a front kick that sends Silva stumbling back into the ropes. Rollins throws a sloppy head kick and Silva moves out of range easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rollins gets caught napping as Silva dives in and scores a takedown. Rollins manages to retain guard. Rollins not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Kron Silva overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Silva trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Silva controlling from the top position. Silva wants to control from the top but Rollins keeps moving. Rollins controls Silva momentarily but Silva frees himself. Rollins is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Silva is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Rollins can do to turn this around? Silva wants to pass the guard but Rollins is keeping the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Silva fails with a takedown attempt. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Silva. Silva dives in for a single leg takedown but Rollins sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the ropes. Silva dives in and grabs Rollins's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rollins pushes down on Silva's head and hops out. Rollins wants to counter with a clinch but Silva pushes him away. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Rollins. Silva shrugs it off though. Castor Rollins is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Silva shoots in and bounces Rollins off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard. Silva postures up in Rollins's guard and throws a big left but Rollins blocks it. Rollins is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silva wants to get back to full guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Rollins connects with a nice short shot to Silva's temple. Rollins working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Rollins looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Rollins stalling. Rollins wants to pass to mount but Silva is defending the position. Silva has hold of Rollins's hands but Rollins slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Silva gets back to full guard.
Rollins lands a couple of digs. Rollins won't allow Silva to sweep him here. Rollins trying to control but Silva is working from the bottom. Silva looking to hit a scissor sweep but Rollins is one step ahead there. Silva throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Silva throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Silva looking for a triangle here. Rollins is fighting it but it looks tight! Silva pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Rollins is tapping out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Kron Silva! Kron Silva was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed. Castor Rollins spoke after the fight, saying 'I Will Come Back No Doubt About That '.
