Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randy Springs (ranked 5631 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pittsburgh Steelers (ranked 2252 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Randy Springs! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Pittsburgh Steelers! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Josh West and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Springs wants to clinch up but Steelers keeps it at a distance. Steelers throws a nice looking combination but Springs bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Steelers swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Springs clinches up against the cage. Springs misses with a short punch on the inside. Springs fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Steelers blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. We've been informed that Steelers has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Steelers breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Steelers swings widly with a right hand
and Springs counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Springs closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Steelers lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. A short right from Springs. Springs struggles to land a body shot inside as Steelers controls his hands.

Steelers avoids a wild elbow strike from Springs. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Springs just misses with a elbow thrown towards Steelers's brow.

Steelers throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Steelers takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Springs tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Steelers paws at him with a jab and circles away. Springs wants to clinch but Steelers slips to the side and Steelers counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Randy Springs has been cut. A slapping leg kick lands for Steelers.
Springs fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Steelers, pushing him back against the cage. Steelers prevents a body shot from Springs. Steelers escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Springs rushes Steelers and presses him up against the cage. Steelers tries a body shot but Springs blocks it.
Springs lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Springs swings wildly with an uppercut but Steelers uses good head movement to avoid it. Steelers dodges an elbow strike from Springs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Springs. Steelers manages to break the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Springs darts in trying to clinch and Steelers counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Steelers throws an overhand right that lands on Springs's shoulder, as Springs tries to avoid the shot. Springs tries to clinch up. Springs misses with a straight left. Springs looks to clinch and Steelers counters with a stiff right hand. Steelers misses the shot to the body. Springs instigates a clinch. Springs throws a head punch that misses. Springs has a couple of punches blocked by Steelers.
Springs throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Springs lands with a light punch inside. Steelers's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Steelers walks into a left hand. Springs is looking to clinch. Steelers throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Springs sees it coming and avoids it easily. Steelers avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Springs is looking to clinch. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Steelers! But no joy. Springs tries to clinch and Steelers cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Springs tries to clinch but Steelers moves out of range. Springs closes the distance and pushes Steelers back into the cage. Steelers tries to circle away but Springs has him pinned against the cage. Springs misses with a punch on the inside.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Springs tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Steelers wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Springs throws a head punch that misses. Steelers breaks the clinch.
Steelers misses with the combination.
Steelers circles away from the clinch attempt.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Springs tries to clinch but Steelers moves away and Steelers counters with a straight right hand. Springs darts in trying to clinch and Steelers counters with a straight right hand. Steelers misses with a right hand and Springs counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Springs tries to close the distance and clinch up but Steelers swats him away and circles back towards the center. Steelers connects with a single shot there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Randy Springs will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Randy Springs's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Steelers throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Springs is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Pittsburgh Steelers! A very excited looking Pittsburgh Steelers rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
