Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, JD Killa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bj Penncil !
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Daniel Franklin and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Killa doesn't manage to clinch there - Penncil circles away.
Penncil looks to land a combination but Killa avoids it well.
JD Killa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Penncil swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Killa.
A nice leg kick lands there from Killa.
Killa fails in his attempt to clinch.
Killa dodges the punch combination from Penncil .
No joy there for Penncil , who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Penncil swats away the attempt to clinch by Killa.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Penncil misses with a few strikes there.
Killa drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Killa fails to land a wild elbow strike.

Killa has knee on belly momentarily but Penncil bucks him off and regains half guard.
Penncil keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Killa changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Penncil tries to avoid it but Killa manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Penncil to the ground. Penncil escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Penncil scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Killa is trying to improve his position.
Killa is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Penncil off and has taken his back!
Killa avoiding Penncil 's attempts to control his hands.
Killa throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage.
Killa is riding his opponent, not letting Penncil buck him off.
Killa looking to hold on to the position here but Penncil rolls and ends up regaining guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Killa pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Penncil is keeping the position for now.
Penncil keeping moving, preventing Killa from controlling successfully.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Penncil holds on and takes a little breather.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that JD Killa will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Penncil looks to land a combination but Killa avoids it well.
Killa tries for a takedown but Penncil circles away easily
and Penncil counters with a straight right hand.
Penncil moves out of range of the body kick.
Killa shoots in for a takedown but Penncil shows good takedown defense.
Killa swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Penncil counters with a left and a right that stings Killa.
Killa slips a jab and a cross from Penncil .
Penncil throws a right hand that Killa ducks under and follows up with a left that Killa also avoids with ease.
Killa tries to clinch but fails miserably
enabling Penncil to counter with a crisp jab.

Killa gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Penncil counters with a stiff right hand.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for JD Killa. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Penncil throws a combination. Killa tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Killa tries to clinch but Penncil moves away
and Penncil counters with a straight right hand.
Penncil throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Killa moves in looking to clinch but Penncil pushes him off.
Penncil lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Killa takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Killa is rocked!
Penncil rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Killa moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Oh Killa is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Penncil misses with a double jab.
Killa walks straight into a right hand from Penncil - that's dropped him! Penncil jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Killa from any more punishment! Killa complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Bj Penncil !
