The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A shot to the body from Rome misses
and Burgundy counters with a left to the body.
Burgundy jabs at Rome's body.
Rome throws a body shot but no joy.
Burgundy swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Rome.
Rome tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Burgundy was well out of range. Poor timing from Rome.
Rome takes a jab right on the kisser.
Rome waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Burgundy.
Rome misses with an uppercut
and Burgundy counters with a left to the body.
Burgundy connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Burgundy scores with a shot to the body.
Rome misses with a left hand
and Burgundy counters with a lovely straight right hand!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Burgundy fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Rome is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

It looks like Jake Rome has been cut.
Nice uppercut there from Burgundy.
Burgundy throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Rome is breathing heavily.
Burgundy cracks Rome with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Rome falls to his knees and Burgundy doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
