Coming up we have a light heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Neil Flanagan (ranked 5203 p4p, 465 weight class) and Ganesha Om (ranked 4986 p4p, 455 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Flanagan tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Om counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Flanagan (0) vs (2) Om
Om is looking to take a break and control but Flanagan is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Om is taking a breather. Flanagan says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Om wants to pass the guard but Flanagan is defending well.
Om is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Flanagan sees it coming and defends easily.
Om is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Flanagan is just riding it out for now. Om eventually gives up the hold.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Flanagan is squirming around, avoiding Om's attempts to control the action.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Om looking to secure an arm triangle but Flanagan defends it well.
Om prevents Flanagan from getting the reversal.
Flanagan has given up his back.

I really don't envy Flanagan right now.
Om keeps control of the position easily here as Flanagan tries to buck him off.
Flanagan trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.
Om looking for the RNC.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Om has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Flanagan is defending well but eventually Om manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Flanagan has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
