With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Leon Scott Jr!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Jeff Smith and Micheangelo Fripello.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Da Santiago moves into the clinch.
Da Santiago dodges an elbow strike from Scott Jr.
Da Santiago tries to pull guard but Scott Jr forces him back to his feet, against the ropes.
Scott Jr tries to score a body lock takedown but Da Santiago shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Scott Jr jumps guard and drags Da Santiago to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Da Santiago swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Scott Jr is now in Da Santiago's guard. A big mistake from Da Santiago there, giving up the dominant position!

Scott Jr has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Da Santiago to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Scott Jr is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Da Santiago pulls down on the head and he's put Scott Jr to sleep! This one is all over!
