The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Garrido is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Mongol has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Mongol!
Mongol postures up in Garrido's guard and throws a big left but Garrido blocks it.
Garrido is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Mongol is controlling him.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Garrido trying to keep a closed guard but Mongol is proving a slippery customer.
Mongol throws a strike but Garrido rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Mongol is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Garrido defends well.

Mongol escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Garrido gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Garrido's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Amanunez Garrido showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!



Garrido takes the fight into the clinch.

Mongol is fighting off a takedown attempt but Garrido is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Mongol to the mat. Mongol regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Garrido wants to control from the top but Mongol keeps moving.

Mongol escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Garrido gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Mongol has gone for a leg lock! Garrido slips out almost immediately though and dives into Mongol's guard.

Garrido looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Garrido has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Amanunez Garrido comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Garrido has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
