The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cobb darts in and clinches Paulin up against the cage.
Paulin breaks the clinch.
Cobb closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Paulin tries to break the clinch but Cobb is controlling the position.

Paulin pivots, looking for a leg kick but Cobb is out of range and Paulin settles back down.

Cobb wants to counter the offense by Paulin and move into the clinch position.

That kick from Cobb tenderised Paulin's leg. Paulin is trying to keep his angry face on.
Paulin throws a leg kick but Cobb checks it.
Cobb ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Paulin moves away.
Cobb takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Cobb fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Paulin on the side of the head.
Tyson Cobb seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Paulin throws a looping overhand right but Cobb ducks down to avoid it.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Paulin.
Paulin throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Paulin sets himself, and Cobb steps forward looking for the clinch! Paulin avoids it this time.
Cobb throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Paulin looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
Paulin looks to throw the jab but Cobb is out of range.
Cobb scores with a punch to the head.
Cobb dips to his left and cracks Paulin with an uppercut!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Paulin, right into the meat.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Cobb lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Cobb leaves his chin hanging out and Paulin seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Cobb crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
