Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tapilius Seliudius!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Soul Rebel!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Tarja Halkonen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rebel tries to clinch up but Seliudius circles away and keeps his distance.
Seliudius darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Seliudius wants to free his trapped foot but Rebel is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Seliudius will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Seliudius lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Rebel keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Seliudius winds up and cracks Rebel with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Seliudius looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Rebel with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Rebel gets back to full guard.
Rebel is trying to control the position but Seliudius postures up.
Seliudius slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Seliudius makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Seliudius trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Seliudius won't allow Rebel to sweep him here.
Rebel utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Seliudius advances to half guard.
Rebel pushes Seliudius off and gets back to his feet.
Seliudius looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Rebel!
Seliudius scoring with strikes but Rebel is staying in there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rebel keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Seliudius cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Seliudius landing strikes, looking to finish!
Rebel tries to lock up and control but Seliudius gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Seliudius prevents Rebel from getting the reversal.
Seliudius lands a big elbow.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Seliudius raining down shots from the mount!
Rebel is rocked!
Seliudius is breathing heavily.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Rebel is still in real trouble! Can Seliudius finish him?
A big strike lands for Seliudius! That's really hurt Rebel and he's turned his back - Seliudius keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Seliudius Jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
