Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bo Angliese (ranked 2707 p4p, 291 weight class) and Cyrius Python (ranked 2056 p4p, 230 weight class). Cyrius Python told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Python with a poor takedown
and Angliese counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Python fails in his attempt to clinch.
Python gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Angliese.
Angliese dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Python. That did some damage!
Python throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Python moves out of range of the body kick from Angliese.

Python throws a jab but it's blocked by Angliese.
As Python looks to move away, Angliese throws a big counter combo but Python just gets out of the way.

Angliese was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Python has closed the distance and engaged Angliese in a clinch.

Angliese breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Angliese scores with the left hand. Python knows he should have avoided that one.
Angliese tests Python's chin there with a solid looking shot.

and Python takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Bo Angliese has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cyrius Python.

Angliese scores with a one two! Python had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Angliese throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Python shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Angliese as he avoids it easily.
Python takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Python is rocked!
Angliese drops Python with a huge uppercut! Python drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Angliese is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
