The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Senior counters with a straight right hand.
Thomas drives through and clinches with Senior against the cage.
Senior has Thomas pressed against the cage, preventing Thomas from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Thomas effectively controlling the action here.
A right handed body shot lands from Senior.
Thomas tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Senior just stands there and leans against the cage.
Senior lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Thomas.
Thomas is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Senior lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Senior lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Senior is leaning against Thomas and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.

Senior's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Thomas tries to clinch but Senior is having none of it.
Senior swings widly with a right hand
and Thomas counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Thomas.
Thomas is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Senior wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Thomas is fighting to break Senior's control of his arms but Senior is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Thomas accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Senior wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Senior clobbers Thomas with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
It looks like Ieuan Thomas has been cut.
Senior misses with a hook.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Senior throws a hook but Thomas blocks it.
Thomas shoots in but Senior avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ieuan Thomas. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Thomas looks to score with a jab to the body but Senior is just out of range.

Thomas is looking to clinch but Senior is avoiding it.
Senior jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Senior keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Senior feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Thomas sprawling to the canvas! Thomas rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Senior finish him?!
Thomas is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Oh Thomas is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A shot to the liver by Senior. Beautiful body shot.
Senior ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Thomas out cold! The fight is over!
