Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Donyo Donev (ranked 4368 p4p, 451 weight class) and Wukong Zanh Zu (ranked 6642 p4p, 537 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zanh Zu gets caught flat footed, as Donev shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Zanh Zu tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Donev is trying to move to mount but Zanh Zu reverses beautifully and ends up in Donev's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Donev looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Zanh Zu is defending well. Donev quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Zanh Zu has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Donev celebrates on the ropes, with the crowd.
