Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Isaiah Laughlin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Malik Tannis!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Elvis Blanc and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tannis fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Tannis moves into the clinch successfully.
Laughlin being controlled against the cage.
Knees to the body from Laughlin.
Laughlin is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Tannis keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Laughlin's efforts to push away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tannis has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Laughlin after a bit of a struggle.
Laughlin jumps into guard, dragging Tannis to the mat.
Tannis is fighting to break Laughlin's control of his arms but Laughlin is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tannis is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Tannis must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Laughlin trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Tannis really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Laughlin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Laughlin wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Tannis has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Laughlin to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Tannis is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Laughlin pulls down on the head and he's put Tannis to sleep! This one is all over!
