The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Terror dives in and scores a takedown into Patterson's guard.
Patterson is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Terror stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Patterson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Patterson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Terror got a little sloppy there for a moment and Patterson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Terror has managed to get both his arms back between Patterson's legs - danger averted.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Terror stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Patterson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Terror sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Patterson's guard.
Still in half guard, Terror seems content to control.
Patterson regains full guard. Nicely done.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Patterson is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Terror defends well.

Terror decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Patterson, up you get!

Terror darts in and clinches Patterson up against the cage.

Patterson wants to control from the top but Terror keeps moving.

Terror has his feet on Patterson's thighs here. He's pushed Patterson off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Patterson screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
