The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Queef displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Shelby throws out the jab.
Shelby scores with a jab. Queef acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Shelby throws a head kick that misses.
And Queef tries to counter it with a takedown but Shelby pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Shelby misses with a looping left.
Shelby takes a swing at Queef's ribcage but misses.

and Queef counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Queef wants to pass the guard but Shelby is keeping the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
