10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Psycho Crusher! The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Peter Branson and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chaos moves into range and connects with a jab.
It looks like Psycho Crusher has been cut. Crusher steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Chaos. Chaos misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Chaos rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Crusher moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Crusher looks like he wants to counter punch here. Chaos lands with a good body shot. Crusher looks winded! This fight brought to you by 5M nutrition - it's mmmmm tasty. Nice jab by Chaos. Chaos looks to throw the jab but Crusher is out of range. Brutus Chaos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Chaos connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Chaos misses with a straight right. Crusher's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Chaos connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Crusher scrambles back to his feet. Chaos throws a series of punches but Crusher avoids them all with ease. Despite the aggression on Crusher's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Crusher misses with a double jab.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Chaos waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Crusher. Despite the aggression on Crusher's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Chaos lands a right hook to the body.
Chaos scores with a nice head shot.
That has opened up Psycho Crusher's cut even more. Crusher takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Crusher has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
That's one minute gone in the round. A combination from Chaos does no damage. Chaos is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Chaos works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Chaos uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
The cut above Psycho Crusher's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Chaos feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Crusher sprawling to the canvas! Crusher rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Chaos finish him?!
Crusher is rocked! I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Chaos has cracked Crusher with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Chaos lands another huge swinging hook and Crusher tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Crusher, before Chaos can land any more shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Brutus Chaos!
